Uncapped ADSL at 4Mps??? Does it exist

Hi - I'm looking for some help in identifying an ISP. I'm looking for an uncapped ADSL account at 4Mps speeds. Does this exist? I've looked at the Axxess offering and it only seems to provide speeds of 1Mps.

Any assistance would be great.

When you look at your needs and what is available you might see that full uncapped is not always what you need.

OpenWeb Express = R1299.00 (throttled during business hours).
OpenWeb Full Uncapped = R2899.00 (not throttled at all - business product)

I am using the OpenWeb Express and it is great!
