RPM - articles like these seem misleading to me, it's not all about price. Each ISP has different shaping/throttling rules so the cheapest doesn't mean it's the exact same experience as something pricer. (making people bitch at mweb like the above)

This could be counter productive to quality internet in SA - ISPs will be forced to implement more restrictions to lower costs and remain competitive because the average consumer reading an article like this won't be informed of the significant differences.

There should be a 4th column in this article detailing the ISP's throttling/shaping/usage rules?
