Only hours after Telkom launched their uncapped ADSL products, Imaginet announced that they are cutting their uncapped ADSL prices

If you read the product details, it looks like it is the same package Openweb sell as "Lite uncapped"

Yeah, that is a bit odd, although they also have a 1024Kbps for R299 (http://www.imaginet.co.za/uncapped). Dunno who would take the 512 just to save R4.

It is strange. Probably all just reselling the IS packages anyway, so wouldn't expect too much if you want anything other than web traffic.

There's something wrong with those prices:
Uncapped 384 – R179
Uncapped 512 – R295
Uncapped 4096 – R479
Look at the difference between 512kbps and 4096kbps for only R184 difference? Obviously favouring people who can afford the higher speed while lower speed users subsidise them!

I just don't like their usage policy and rolling "windows". I think you can get better than that.
