Uncapped mobile data while roaming abroad

This is great for business travellers. No one wants the hassle of buying a local sim for 2/3 days in a country.

How much data do you get on the unlimited?

It's a brilliant idea. Like me, many of us have probably toyed around with some of these concepts, but they have gone all out to create a competitive offering.

There were court challenges to a similar 'sim sticker' idea in Kenya. The challenges didn't 'stick' (when I last looked). The great thing with this concept is its hard to outlaw if it's mainly used by travellers.

It's a pity that data is not available on this when travelling in Namibia

It seems quite an innovative company - maybe keep up the pressure on them to add Namibia. I'm sure they have tried, just need the business case. If it does go through, it would probably be with a smaller network though

That moment after downloading a big file, forgetting you hadn't applicated your SIM card.

You can buy an unlimited data package for $7.99 per day, or use data ad-hoc at a rate of $0.15 per Megabyte.

hmm so unlimited for 1 day?

hmm so unlimited for 1 day?

Most business travelers only spend a couple of days in a country. The hassle of not having to go and look for a sim and take your own sim out (which means you are not reachable on your normal number) is well worth it. And everything is better then coming home and your cellular provider provides you with a hefty bill for roaming charges.

im about to try, will post an update when im back
