Lets get the following straight: I said, "if a ISP sells below cost, how would they continue to run, and provide support" do they get free food and lodging. If you would like to take it further, please feel free to do so as it is your constitutional right. and so is free speech. Our prices are quoted ex vat. but we make that clear on our website. however I will amend that to include VAT.

With Openweb a shoe-in for ISP of the year, and the fact that the majority of the people on this forum use and love openweb, says alot about them doesnt it?

They havent been around long but they are already considered one of the big ISPs in SA. They go the extra mile. If they werent making any money there wouldnt be any point for them remaining around. Business is all about relationships, the better the relationships with your suppliers, the more you can pass down to your customers, and more margin you can find.

I have a funny feeling that in the next couple months Openweb is gonna blow the rest of the ISPs in SA out of the water. Cause from what the tiny rumours I have heard, Ods and the rest of the IS resellers wont be able to compete.

Lets use this analogy. Wickedweasel and Beep are playing headsup poker. Wickedweasel has a full house of Aces and Kings and is betting HUGE trying to push across that he has the strongest hand, BUT what he doesnt realise is that Beep whos sitting quietly with a pokerface, is holding onto a Royal Flush its game over and he doesnt know it yet. The only question is when will Beep move all in.

So Mr Beep, dont worry about what anyone has to say, brush it off, cause you dont need to justify yourself. Let your actions speak louder than words. You know yourself what the near future holds
