Hmmm I don't see anything either. Going to go look at the MWeb t&c now though.

if it refers to these uncapped accounts not for gaming im pretty sure that was mentioned already in the t&c, either way i have not had any performance impact on gaming with them.

I don't know if this helps, but the 'pop-up' info on the MWeb uncapped page says that the 'Fastest' (4Mbps) connection speed is suitable for gaming.

Code:
What connection speed is right for me?
Your connection speed controls how quickly data gets to your computer over the internet.

Fast:
A good budget option for 1 or 2 users browsing the web and sending emails.
Faster:
This is better suited for a family or small office for large file downloads as well as video streaming and video calling.
Fastest:
If you require the fastest connection for large file downloads, online gaming and streaming, the Fastest connection is for you.

Personally I dont see a problem with the Mweb's changes.. since a 384 uncapped as a best effort service is not ideal for gaming IMO.. I'm not talking about war3(dota) here but COD4 and bad company2 kinda games... 4mpbs i feel should be able to handle the highs and lows, thus suitable for gaming.. But not 384

Mweb uncapped still runs games to American servers with a 300-400 ping. Perfectly playable imo.

That's what I like to keep reading. Secondlife runs at 15-25fps on 384k, with graphics set on low. DC and telkom give a sim ping of around 500.

With 4meg I will be able to game at the peak of 40fps. The faster ping will be the cherry on the cake. :D

Seems I will be signing with MWEB then. ;)

I don't think you will Lightscribe, the max bandwidth setting in SL Client is 500Kbs, you may find that things render faster especially complex builds, but your frame rate will probably not improve. In fact your frame rate is considerably higher than mine already, but that is probably as I am on very old hardware.
