Here's a thought.

The only obvious reason for government wanting to stop commercial landing, to want to create yet another structure to handle Neotel's backbone, is that it wants absolute control of Internet connectivity in to and out of the country, so as to apply the same sort of freedoms as those practiced by China.

Aside - does China have a constitution promising freedom of speech?

LOL! There are so much politics in the eassy cable that by the time it arrives we will be sponsoring the whole of africa`s use thereof and we will get 64KB/s. Ha ha!
