The important questions I have right now are....

1) Are there currently TelkomInternet clients above 2/3/4 GB (depending on account) that has yet to be capped? i.e still has access to sites other than telkomsa.net and banking.

2) Are there any TelkomInternet clients above double their usage limits, and can still access sites as per normal? i.e 2GB clients above 4GB, 3GB clients above 6GB and 4GB clients above 8GB.

We now know TelkomInternet is not hard capping, but soft capping so you can access a small number of sites, the only question on my mind is if they took the flexibility of Relaxed Capping with it.

I appreciate anyones answers,

I am at about 5GB on a 3GB account and still have full access.

Thanks mikef, so atleast we know Relaxed Capping is still around, now to prove the rumour of the soft cap being at the double mark. i.e 6GB is the test for 3GB accounts now :)

My second account was capped, (at my surprise) at 6.5GB, the day this new system was activated. So the chances are high 6GB may be the "soft limit".

Well, im on a 3GB TelkomInternet account and im currently sitting on... Total usage for December : 9.2710 GB, without being capped as yet :D

Well there goes both of those theories.

So everything is still the same, you just get "soft capped" at the same place you wouldve been hard capped.

Thanks for all your help.
