Unhappy with Sybaritic Delivery...

I dunno but i got my cpu fine, a day early. I ordered some ddr 3 ram today arriving tomorrow afternoon.

I think people have problems with any business i guess.
 
That's why we've opted to not use the post office. We ship via courier only. Cheapest is R99 for economy and R130 for Express.

Units arrive on time, and undamaged.

With respects to feedback. Yeah, pick up the phone and get hold of them.

so maybe i jumped the gun on this one ...

Graeme at sybaritic contacted me and sorted everything out.. and threw in a gift voucher... il change the post heading to reflect this...

I always found that with Syb the Courier to your door overnight option is sometimes cheaper/only a little more than the SS counter to counter option. Weird how that works
 
i was charged over R300 for delivery of a monitor, (21kgs), seems abnormally high to me, wrote to them ,but they say that price is quite normal
 
WTF kind of monitor weigh's that much? sometimes it is not just the weight they factor in but size. I mean take something weighing 40kgs and not taking up much space and then something weighing 21kgs that could fill half a bukkie :D
 
I had a very good experience with Sybaritic. I ordered my entire PC through them, and the day it was delivered I was at work. I got an email from Graeme saying they would send my harddrive straight away because they forgot to pack it. All this before I even checked that it was all there.

Agree, I think my T260 weighs 12Kgs.

Im from Rampage Gaming, with online suppliers you have to remember we dont keep stock, we get from suppliers and they do have delays which we cant control. But the shipping problems youve had cant be excused, we use The Courier Guy. They deliver to Gauteng the next day and rest of the country in 2 days. And if you have any problems with the shipping we refund you the cost.
