no, no, no. You miss the point. They need to meet Telkom criteria NOT customer criteria. Those criteria are, amongst others:
1) How long did you make the client wait (the longer the better)
2) How quickly were disconnections handled (the quicker the better)
3) Did the client cry before you completed the task (if they contemplated suicide, you get bonus points)
4) Did you shaft them by
a) tacking on other over-priced services (extra points)
b) without their consent (super bonus points)
5) Did you break one or more services while installing the new one?

and so on.
