Unlimited Mobile Data + iphone6_plus for R499??

Really was considering signup. Love how they cover themselves..

11. The SIM shall only be used on the device provided as part of the deal on a 24 month contract. 12. Telkom Mobile will regard the abuse of the unlimited Telkom Data as fraudulent activity and suspend the service immediately pending an investigation. (Note: Telkom Mobile reserves the right to suspend/terminate this service when any fraudulent activity is suspected). 13. The SmartPlan 100 deals are available to consumer and business customers.
 
What are the call rates on this plan. I could not find any information on the out of bundle calls to other networks on their website.

Easy, just tell them the cheap phone that came with the contract was flushed down the toilet. What else can you do but use another device?

Sucks if you sign up at the end of Jan then, only 2 months unlimited (approx R400 value if you look at it as 2 Internet 5 deals).
 
hey guys, anybody signed up at all to any of these deals? Worth it or not?
 
signed up for this sort of plan last year when the iPhone 6 released. It was a bummer that the 10GB was only until till March 2015 but it's still a pretty good deal and Telkom bundles aren't outrageously priced.

Any deal that displays unlimited summer. I took them up on the Huawei P8 lite for R149 includes 50 minutes, once the promotion ends 1 gig data. Read the fine print with regards to unlimited you cannot roam on mtn network to benefit from the deal.

P8lite on smartplan 50 for R149pm is not part of the unlimited data promo. (at least that's not what i saw in the pamphlet)
you also only get 500mb data.

On smart plan 100 for R199pm you get the unlimited data till March next year, 100 minutes and 1gb+150mb all network data.
 
I'm going to guess the 6S / 6S plus will cost R100 p/m more than the iPhone 6 at Telkom
