Saw an article about police doing the same in Durban but no riots.... Yet. This could potentially spread if this is the case

They appear to be exercising their democratic right to peacefully throw rocks, damage private property, attack police, burn cities. Just another peaceful protest the police are fleeing.

tied by what? That is horse poo. Just last week they opened fire with rubber bullets and tear gas in a riot in Bloemfontein.
