I recently dumped Mweb Premium uncapped as they throttle you especially with torrents during the day.
I now have a AfriHost 50 Gig Capped option and it rocks.
No throttling, no shaping no nothing and torrents work anytime of day or night.
I have a 4 mbit line, and if my downloads drop below 400 KB/sec I feel disappointed
