Hi,
I work at a company that manages vacation resorts. one of or sites cannot send emails to head office without getting the following message. they are using vodacom 3g with smtp.vodamail.co.za as smtp server , as we cannot use our own smtp server to send while using the 3g services. i contacted vodacom via online chat on the website, only to be told that the problem is with our incoming server. then i phoned the call centre only to be told the same thing regardless of us not blocking any incoming mails. our spam gets quarantined on our servers, not rejected and sent back to the sender.
Does anyone have any idea on what to do to solve this?

A message from <*****@bodybliss.co.za>
to: *******@gmail.com
to: *******@theholidayclub.com
was considered unsolicited bulk e-mail (UBE).
Our internal reference code for your message is 29056-06/fIlb2thTnxA6
The message carried your return address, so it was either a genuine mail
from you, or a sender address was faked and your e-mail address abused by
third party, in which case we apologize for undesired notification.
We do try to minimize backscatter for more prominent cases of UBE and for
infected mail, but for less obvious cases some balance between losing
genuine mail and sending undesired backscatter is sought, and there can be
some collateral damage on either side.
First upstream SMTP client IP address: [100.67.195.105] According to a
'Received:' trace, the message apparently originated at:
[100.67.195.105], AdminPC unknown [100.67.195.105]
Return-Path: <*******@bodybliss.co.za>
From: "**********" <*******@bodybliss.co.za>
Message-ID: <[email protected]>
Subject: FW: Body Bliss - Jan 14
