I gave solution that has worked for me, family and colleagues. The information provided (like the ID number)is already in these marketers hands, how do you think they can compare it do the list?

Caring suspended, do what you want with the marketing calls.

I wasn't criticising you, merely stating that they are asking for more info than they need to. That coupled with their spotty security history it should give anyone pause about giving them any important personal information. Besides the only time you can be certain these marketers have your ID number is when you submit it to this service.

I got a call from that number yesterday, also blocked it with MyTools.

I've also received calls from 0110623528 and 15574083 (as it appears in MyTools) or +27215574083 (as it appears on my phone) over the last couple of weeks.

That was a while back, nearly a year now, and it wasn't hacked, it was leaked.

The process now is more secure as you upload the .csv file in order to run the De-duping process.

Did you fill in the MyTools feedback form with your suggestion?

When you say you blocked the numbers, what exactly did you do? I set those numbers to go directly to voicemail with the standard (Trevor) voicemail message. I was thinking of uploading a custom voicemail message (say 5 minutes of silence) for those numbers.
