I have just discovered that my Service Provider allows bills from content service providers and these are charged to my account even when I don't know I have them, when I have not subscribed to them or even using them.
How is this allowed to happen? When I get a celphone contract, I have to prove that I can pay for it, but when money is taken from me months on end, WASPA service providers dont have to go through the National Credit Act requirements and prove they have received confirmation from me for the "services" they provide. Any they continue to be in business with so many complaints over so many years??
Why??
