DOA 5 LR is out. Two new characters - Honoka and Raidou in addition the game has Nyotengu, Marie Rose and Phase 4.
DOA 5 Ultimate converts to DOA 5 LR with a free 1GB PSN update and the additional characters can be purchased.

As usual DOA5 Core Fighters is free, it has 4 characters, and additional ones can be purchased individually, as DLC.

I haven't found this game here locally but Play-Asia has the US version and CD Japan have the Japanese Limited Edition which contains a Marie Rose mouse pad and bathing suits DLC for all the characters but from the Japanese PSN. A Special "Hard" Edition is also available for $350 odd which in addition contains a large wall scroll thing and chibi figures of four of the characters.

What's also ridiculous is the change in box art between the Japanese and Asian editions and the US/EU edition of the game.

I forgot to mention that LR also has two additional settings. There is a glasses setting. And there is a detail setting. The detail setting is for the colour of the underwear: white, black and purple or shimapan.

EDIT: I should say that the detail setting which refers to the pantsu is for female characters only.

I decided to buy Dead or alive 5 Last round and Guilty gear Xrd from amazon. I'm tired of waiting for local retailers to get back to me. I should have these games by 02/04/2015. Can't wait to play

Waiting on news about Blazblue for PS4. Apparantly there will be a PS4 Port. I'll probably have to import a copy of that one too.
I know the mainstream games will be available in SA, I already pre-ordered Mortal Kombat X and I know Tekken 7 and street fighter V will definitely be sold in SA.

And the Japanese version had the swimsuits for everyone (female only) as bonus.... even mizugi costumes.

For PS3 users, DOA 5 Ultimate converts to LR. You can also save progress for PS4 version.

And now they added an "all unlock" option for the PS3 version, so all system voices, all costumes and music unlocked with one command.

And the Marie Rose/Honoka tag team animation is so cool

How did you find TLR?

Senran Kagura costumes for The Last Round are out. On PS4 they shred with the damage. On PS3 they're just costumes. Apparently the STEAM version will also have them. Marie Rose looks like a real gothloli in her outfit and she also sports a fang.
