No, this isn't Space Quest as some elders here would know it. This is the same recipe the Two Guys used with SpaceVenture.

Space Quest is a comic science-fiction adventure from Guillotine Games. You play Mayday McCoy a reluctant hero with his PAL 3000 Ai assistant whose plans keep colliding with a ship that has other ideas. Expect puzzles, set pieces, and punchlines.

Allegedly, it would have been continuity, but then IP got in the way so it is unrelated to Space Quest.

I have no idea who this developer and publisher are, other than some Marcus Mera (who worked on Collossal Cave 3D), but they are also remaking Mystery House,

It is a bit strange, and some dedicated adventure websites are giving them backing; they are doing promos. I have no idea whether Ken and Roberta Williams are supporting them, though Mera is known to them. AFAIK, these Sierra IPs are in some hellhole at XBOX/Activision Blizzard, and IIRC, they aren't keen on releasing them. Mystery House is in the public domain. The interesting bit is that MMMera, Inc. and Guillotine Games have applied to trademark SPACE QUEST and it was issued back in December. Obviously, it can't be a Roger Wilco game.

I was a little snot-nosed kid when these games came out, so I have no idea who the developers were other than the Sierra branding, and well, there are the Two Guys, but they are well known. The Two Guys are to adventure gaming what Romero and Carmack are to shooters. I wouldn't know whether Mera worked on the OG Sierra games.
