Maybe he's left Neotel? Wouldnt be suprised given the amount of problems they have. I just dont understand how on earth my connection can dload at 140kB/s for 10 mins then 5kB/s for the next 10 mins. There is so much volatility that it does not make sense. Im starting to think either they dont have enough bandwidth or theyre suffering from major interference in their wireless network which is out of their control.
We have no freaking clue. Please stop complaining as we're doing our best to avoid dealing with customers.

they would first have had to be USEFUL - to become USELESS. And they've never been USEFUL in the first place. So they're just Neotel. Another pitiful excuse for a company thats focused on one thing - squeezing as much money out of the consumer as possible with the least amount of service.
maybe if they spent less money on stupid pavement people jumping around in orange clothing with advertising in Rivonia and spent it on proper call-center staff things would be better....
Spoke with Neotel support now and issued another request for someone to call me and explain to me what is going on and when it wil be fixed.
The consultant was very helpful, and I just hope that his superiors will be as helpful.
Oh and I am connected now on 3G...
Another curious thing, seems like Neotel only have 1 agent manning the phones at night, and also no supervisor on duty.
