Neotel thanks you for your feedback. We are aware of the network performance and speed queries. Our team is working earnestly to resolve these queries with minimum disruption to our customers.
The key reasons for the poor speed is pre-dominantly a result of over capacitated base stations, also known as congested sites. We have conducted carrier upgrades and are acquiring additional sites in the respective areas to permanently alleviate these problems.
Below we have articulated the details of sites and status:
1. Sites that have been upgraded, but still require additional base stations to completely expel these problems:
• Bedfordview
• Megawatt Park
• Halfway Gardens
• Randburg Square
• Cape Town Gardens
2. Sites that have been upgraded and are fully functional:

• Bramley Park
• Bordeaux
• Noordwyk
• Panorama
3. Sites that are in the process of being upgraded:
• Florida
• Emmerentia
• Montana
• Olivedale
