Hi
I was recently sent a message by MTN saying that I am eligible for an upgrade. However, when I call 808 or go into my MTN Active account, I am told I am not.
I am in month 22 of two separate contracts, and both say they are not eligible for an upgrade. The terms and conditions clearly state:
I cannot reach an operator, as I am cut off after 10 minutes of holding (this has happened 3 times in a row).
How can I get hold of someone to help me get a new device? I am tempted to go with another carrier at this rate.

All customers who are in month 5 of a 6 month contract, 11 of a 12 month contract, 16 of an 18 month contract and 21 of their 24 month contract will be eligible for an upgrade evaluation.
