Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me that why long term loyal Vodacom customers that want to stay with Vodacom and upgrade, are not getting the same benefits of a new contract? This is regarding the "nice to haves' with new contracts, like BT headsets or DVD player etc.

I know you actually pay for it with the contrct, but let me give an example.

If I take out a new contract I get the N70 with the Garmin GPS goodies, if I renew the same contract I can get the phone, but not the GPS stuff. Why is that?

Any feedback would be great!

Lol, because then Vodacom has caught the fish, haven't they? Why would they try to give you more bait? ;)
 
There was a discussion about this a few weeks back. I am trying to find it now...

I think the real reason could be what Teraside said though :p
 
Unbelievable, so I have to let my contract expire, go for 1 month on prepaid, then take out a new contract with my existing SIM?
 
You can try, but I highly doubt you can do that ;) Remember this: "subject to purchase of starter pack.....blah blah blah :p
