So far i have been pleased with the speeds i get with vox 100/100 and the online gaming experience is decent so far. Support is excellent havent had any issue with them and they respond in a timely manner. Now i am paying R1200 for a 100/100 on vumatel. The 1000/100 is only about r300 more. Doesn't it make more sense to just go with the 1000/100 granted the download speeds are about 10x faster.? The 1000/100 is 1499. Anyone on 1gb fibre? how is your experience with internet traffic? downloads?

Does your router support 1Gbps? Does your network card? Do you have minimally a Cat 5e cable?

Like @UrBaN963 is saying, if you can't take advantage of the speeds, or don't plan on upgrading your hardware to take advantage of it, then save the R300 a month, thats R3600 for the year. I could be wrong, but also, depends if you're mainly downloading from local servers or international, most ISP's limit international to 100mbps if im not mistaken

That's some solid advice there. Might upgrade for one month and check it out. Then downgrade back to 100 megs hahaha
