Upgrade time lines?

I have been struggling for two weeks to get my line upgraded from 2 to 10mbs.They seem to have upgraded it to 4mbs but cant seem to upgrade it to 10mbs even though exchange shows supports 20mbs which my neighbour has .I have had so many diffeent answers from the call centre it is a joke.If I dont get clarity tommorrow I am going to escalate as per their own service agreement(ends up with ceo according to their terms).
Gosh cant wait to never have to use helkom again.They all work in silos

It will depend on what type of DSLAM you are connected to at the moment...

I completely forgot about you guys as I could actually use the internet last night - muahahaha. I am just reposting the tests I did last night:


BTW - are SNR values different on VDSL vs ADSL - a SNR of 8.6dB feels shockingly low to me but had no impact on the quality of my connectivity:

Upgraded 2 weeks ago, still on ADSL2+ with a max download speed of 15mbps

Yup
You seem to stay on ADSL2+ unless you get a knowledgeable call agent to switch it to VDSL or TelkomZA does it.
