Upgraded to 4mbps for free!!

Wow dis is weird, im on the 512 line as suddenly im downloading at 4mbps, and i checked my router too and its says 4096/512. Anyone else experiencing this?

That's one awesome mistake. I hope it stays that way for a long time for your sake At my previous premises I had a upload speed of 512k on my 384k line for months. Pity we had to move, I hosted a lot games for friends and uploaded maps etc.

I just found out my brother's line has been upgraded for free to 4Mb/s from 384, I don't know if its a mistake or not as Telkom were trialing 10Mbps at the exchange that he's connected to. Hopefully it stays like this

I got upgraded from 384 to 4meg last month, still connecting at 4 meg but its now limited to 50k per second download, to scared to call as they will prob put it back to 384
