Upgrading ddr2 memory. Will this work?

Hi there,
I just need some help if I am making the correct choice regarding a memory upgrade I want to do.
This is the current module installed.


And this is the memory I saw on takealot

Any reason for it not to work. Always unsure about memory upgrades with low/high voltage etc.
I realize its only ddr2. But the laptop has already got an SSD installed with x64 Win 7 so it should help a bit.

Should work totally fine. Just ensure you have a spare RAM slot in the laptop.

Thanks, I checked and it does have one extra open slot.
