Techie just got here. Confirmed they upgraded recently. But something is down cause when the guy got here, neighbors started coming out to complain (but none of them logged faults!)

He said he saw the order for the upgrade so hopefully he does that once they figure out what the main problem is. I might be calling you today for an upgrade :) *crosses fingers*

Calling one of my staff. I'm busy, um, monitoring the sports streaming right now to ensure it's up to scratch. :D

Lol, wish there was that magical switch. some idiot screwed up the fiber link going into the main exchange in protea heights. Telkom guy that came to my house said there was about 10 bakkies at the exchange and should have it up by sunset

Lucky I got some movies downloaded but kinda bummed on missing the rugby today

Exactly the answer I was hoping you'd give. So many people think we have a magic switch that we flick over and we're just lazy that we don't do so when there's an issue...:D

Ireland are leading the Frogs, so the 4 people in Boston who understand rugby should be pretty happy at the moment...
