I have a strange problem.
If I connect directly to the modem (Billion 5102SM), everything is 100%. Download is 384kb/s and upload is 128kb/s.
However, the moment I introduce a router into the picture, my upload speed drops to 5kb/s and the download speed stays at 384kb/s.
I have tried connecting with a D-Link 504T (modem built in, but gives the same problem), and with a SMC WBR14S-N2 router (with WAN port connected to Billion), but no luck.
Any ideas?
