Hi,
Just wondering if I'm on the 10Mbps download fibre package, what is the upload speed supposed to be? And in the reality, what upload speed normally comes to the end user?
Is it happening that some ISP offering less upload speed to customers by taking chances?

@Liattuu Who is your ISP and on what backbone are you on ?

Is it Openserve/Vumatel etc?

Different providers will cater for different packages/people that they say don't need faster uploads. Too broad of a question am afraid without providing more details.

It's Metrofibre through Vodacom. I could only see "10Mbps Fibre package" from the App.

By working from home, we do lots of emails, video chats, and zoom meetings. These need a decent upload speed, tight?

All of the above that you mentioned can be done with 5megs upload just fine. You do not need very high upload speeds for that. 10 meg upload would be the sweet spot, but 5 megs is also good.
