Urban X?

Good day,

Anyone with Urban X, if so, what is your experience, especially from a gaming perspective?
I have seen the advertising and consider giving them a go but first want to know if there are customers that can share their experience with Urban X before i go through the trouble of changing ISP.

My switch to them has been terrible. I checked with them in Jan that I was covered, and then started the switch in Feb (for start of March). I confirmed about 4 times in Feb that they were ready, and then on the day of the switch I was told they didn’t have the right “back haul” in place. Since then I’ve been promised it will be sorted “by the end of the week” twice, and now they are not sure when it will be fixed.

The strange thing is that they keep hinting that I should cancel my sign up. So it makes me wonder what’s going on in the background there.

After a few social media posts, my line went from “not sure when it will be ready” to “its done” at the end of Friday. Unfortunately my previous ISP (Afrihost) hadn’t released the line which added some complications to it, so I only got activated on the Monday.

Urban X had someone on the phone with me at 8pm at night to make sure it all worked. So far the service has been great.
