So question to the forumites

I have seen UrbanX advertising like crazy and I know they are using the Firstnet network. Does anybody know what they are like?

I’m using them, loving it so far. Especially due to my latency improving on Apex Legends’ Singapore servers since I switched.

I was using my landlords Telkom service and it was horrible. Decided to install my own line using UrbanX and I can confirm they do optimise their routing which is quite impressive.

I picked up an issue with routing to Overwatch 2’s newer Qatar servers a few weeks back, which I logged with their support, and they managed to resolve it quickly. Because of that, I’m really chuffed with them.

Thanks. Looking for something to swap my parents to on Vuma and myself to on OS that is good, but also saves some cash. Just trying to get more insight.

They’re very active on FB, maybe reach out to them.

I've been using UrbanX for just over 2 years now, the service has been reliable and fast. BUT, their accounts team has been struggling for 3 months to resolve a billing issue (they added a service to my account that I didn't ask for, and despite many promises they have not been able to rectify it). So, as long as you don't have problems with their accounts team, they're great... It looks like they swapped billing systems late last year and have "not yet ironed out all the kinks" (paraphrase from a call earlier today).
