Urgent Help Needed

I have a bit of a problem with my company exchange, but more specifically wifi.

I have an Xperia Z, on 4.3 Jelly Bean...

When I log into our wifi, it asks me to sign in with my credentials. I have Chrome and Firefox installed, but upon putting in the credentials, I get the following error:

You could not be logged onto forefront tmg. Please ensure your domain, user name and password are correct then try again.

All my details are correct, as I've tested my credentials on another phone and it works fine.

Anybody have any ideas. I've tried wiping the phone, forgetting the wifi and re connecting but that error keeps on popping up.

strange error code, unsure about it,

just fyi, when previously having trouble connecting to wifi and others are working fine, i installed wifi fixer
apps and they seemed to have worked.

error is with regards to unmatching mac address's ( or something this nature )
