Acer is Collect and Return, so expect to be without your laptop for a minimum of 7 working days if something goes wrong.

Hopefully you won't have to join a domain with that Windows Home laptop, which is the case in a lot of corporate and TS environments.

Hp Elitebook 840. Not great for gaming but 8 hour battery life and weight it well 1.3kg.

Its a bit late with prices they shot right up.

I honestly wont use a pavilion for work. U will slash ure wrists.

I have a whole office working fully from home. Emails, calls etc and we will only use elitebooks or zbooks. I have a zbook i7 32gb memory but that cost like 40k.

But the elitebooks are really nice.

The problem with dells is their batteries tend to swell and as its below the trackpads mostly, their trackpads pop out. Especially the xps models.

I love dell p or u series monitors though
 
I would never buy an acer. Their batteries last 1 year.

Hp elitebooks 820/830/840/850

The screen size is the model difference. 12" is 820, 15 inch is 850. So upgradeable.

Really, I'll pass that info on. Nothing worse than struggling with a slow device or one not designed for your application.

Going to look at the Elitebook myself.

EDIT: AND they're in the price range :thumbsup:

What? I've sold literally 1 000's of Dells and have NEVER had such an issue.

Not currently but should have a few next week. With the stock Delays. Hoping to get a few G5 15’s with a the GTX1650, however if OP is leaning more towards home gaming I’d definitely suggest going with a desktop. Mobile gaming just doesn’t cut the bacon, especially if you’re wanting to play COD MW online:p

If my G5 stock comes sooner I’ll be sure to inbox OP.

I can assist with upgrading him to Pro if he needs it for corporate domain environments, not a problem.
