Although we will have to bargain with them for it, at least every time a little hiccup in the middle east occurs, there won't be a price increase. Your memory is pretty poor, you forgot the 1990 war... one of the turning points in US led war. One of their key fundamentals is that it has to make economic sense.

Turkey were not happy to take part in the US led attack on Libya. They are part of NATO and would have assisted when NATO took over...
The media were going crazy trying to justify the attack on Libya using the Arab league and Turkey to broadcast their rubbish.
Fact is it was propaganda and only when NATO "took" over did Turkey join, we all knew they would.
