I'm guessing the reee here is he's thinking maybe sticking a uv light down into the lungs or something not realising the damage uv causes(I mean, highly doubt he knows what phototherapy is which wont work and I doubt he was thinking about treating blood as per study above konfab posted, so my assumption is he means literally feeding light into lungs), again though, it was a question if its possible, he never said 'all americans must go out and buy uv lights and stick them up their asses', its just more fake news being fake news, spinning as they do, like they did saying he said fish tank cleaner cures it /shrug
