If you catch a guy in the act, you can be sure that he did it. You still then go through due process, well just because it is due process.

And the criminal is dead so who do you want to put on trial?

Yes, the law requires that even folk who've been caught in the act to go through due-process. That's how the law works.

Then, because due-process for *everyone* is a legal requirement, you'll need to edit your last sentence.

Add "alleged" mmkay, because 'till the end of time, Ahmaud has been deprived of due-process and will never be convicted or exonerated of any... alleged... crime.

Again, that's your opinion.

What facts are those ? A lot of facts were being bandied about that were not exactly facts, but opinion. And opinion based on opinion is likely to be just opinion

You see what I'm talking about.

First hand accounts of those involved who actually tried to stop the criminal when he was running down the street. Plus the supporting video evidence.

That's basically as good as it gets.

The other side of the story is all from a family were half of them are criminals as well. But more importantly who wasn't even there. Maybe they believed he was out jogging, maybe that's the lie he usually told, maybe it isn't even technically a lie. It could be more of a euphemism, like.
Jogging = Running away from police or homeowners that you just burgled.

Previous criminal record makes him a criminal. No need to use the word allegedly.

A judge, a jury, a prosecutor and a defender are as good as it gets, but whatever.

I'll say this slowly or try and read slowly for comprehension.

You can't put a dead criminal on trial.

You mean first hand accounts of the perps of the murder. Who were armed , and admitted to following him multiple times. And would likely go to jail for a long time if they told "the truth"

What about the other witness....oh yeah , they shot him dead.

That a whole load of opinion you dumped on us right there. You just conjured it up.

It's like me saying "Maybe they saw the dude jogging around, has just watched 'The Hunt" movie and thought it would be cool to try it, because it kindof is. So they stalked him and got downwind of him, provoked a reaction by sticking a gun in his face, and shot him"

Oh,and "they knew he was a criminal because they saw it on his face"

You can’t put any dead person on trial...

That

Was

My

Point
Well then I don't understand why you keep on going on about due process after Ahmaud Aubrey suicided himself by attacking the guy trying to arrest him.

Ja. Reminds me of a lot of the deaths during the apartheid era oddly enough.

I think a few of the arrested people suicided themselves by walking into a door even.

There was no murder. At best you should use "alleged" murder, but it isn't even an allegation made by anyone with any credibility.

I wonder if you would be this flippant if a bunch of armed black men had tried to enforce an alleged citizens arrest on a white man....

I'm completely against the murder of anyone. And the few racist murders that did happen under apartheid was obviously wrong.

And frankly unnecessary and stupid, because black people are perfectly capable of killing other black people. There's no reason for a white racist person to intervene and give them a reason unite.

It's not like you're saying "alleged" self defence or "alleged" suicide . I'll say murder if I want to.

My biased opinion is as good as your biased opinion

John Voster was a popular tourist destination for the views... and the windows.

I don't make judgements along racial lines. That's way too little information for me to go on. You get plenty of white criminals and plenty of good law abiding black people that own guns.

A fourth prosecutor assigned to case
Investigators aren't only focused on the shooting — they're piecing together why for weeks, the case was passed down from prosecutor to prosecutor with no arrests.

Asked Friday why the GBI — which took over the case last week — quickly arrested the McMichaels when local authorities did not do so for weeks, GBI Director Vic Reynolds said he couldn't speak to the actions of other agencies.

"I'm very comfortable in telling you that there's more than sufficient probable cause in this case for felony murder," he added.

Seems Vic Reynolds disagrees with you.

For someone who says he doesn't make judgement without enough information you where pretty quick to put all the blame for this on the unarmed person who got gunned down in the middle of the street .

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's really basic wartime strategy. Not my idea. I'm sure you can find it in things so old as "The art of war" or even older.

If your enemy is busy self destructing, you shouldn't get in the way.
