Nah section 230 is ok , it's publications masquerading as open forums while policing certain speech which is a problem.
Also lol fact check was fake news itself , own goal deluxe.

No section 230 means the platform becomes a publisher, not a content provider.

Publishers can be sued by, let's say, the families of victims killed by gunmen inspired by stories the platform published... The easiest way for the platform to avoid litigation is to *not publish* stories which might incite or harm - which they absolutely can, because they're publications who have total editorial discretion over their platforms.

LOL this is very true. The problem with our decent friends is that they think they genuinely are decent and that the 'tards of all forms are so completely intolerant of their views.

Hopefully now that Great Leader Trump has tried to have his cake and eat it they are all going to realize how much they were being tolerated in reality when the ban hammers start dropping left right and center.

This is why we can't have the nice things.
