Yep pretty much this.

As a radical™ myself I favor the philosophy of publicly funded campaigns i.e. the government through tax revenue provides a fixed budget to each candidate so that there is a level playing field. A few countries have successfully implemented this (I think..).

It might seem funny to the 5 people with extreme TDS. But for everyone else it is just kinda stupid.

They're either trolling or have some serious comprehension issues... I don't rule out the latter for lumeers tds infliction rotting the brain, but greg can't be so dim as to not know exactly what trump was saying, he can only be trolling.
 
I concede that Trump may have been referring to the politicising of coronavirus, rather than coronavirus itself, as the hoax, but if that is the case:

(a) he didn't express himself very clearly, and
(b) he shouldn't throw around words like "hoax" while talking about serious matters.

Imagine how the loved ones of the first American coronavirus fatality, who passed away almost as Trump was making these comments, must feel when they hear the coronavirus matter being referred to as a hoax.

He did express himself clearly, listening to the non-edit version it's obvious to anyone who isn't looking for trump kicking a puppy in the clouds. He goes on to say how seriously his administration is taking the virus while Dems are saying it is his fault.

That is all on cnn, msnbc and other msm(telegraph like the clip you posted) for firstly editing out the context for bait, and then sharing it around sm in the echo chambers for people like you to get outraged over.

Oh, I understood the context when he said it Friday.

Here's the thing... When you wrap aspects of the virus up in "hoax" wrapping paper, the path of least resistance for less inquisitive minds is to assume the whole thing is a hoax.

What he did was dangerous. End of.
