If the polls don't take into account the electoral college then the poll's methodology is broken.

Yeah I know the polls are not a guarantee of anything and it can all change, but there's no question that right now Trump is sitting in a very bad position for November. For an incumbent to be trailing his challenger by 13 points at this stage of the cycle is just awful, and nothing he does makes it better. On 538 he's tracking towards his all time worst rating
