It is an entertainment show. They throw silly little one liners at you all the time. It is supposed to be silly and not real political commentary. Those people aren't even having a real discussion. I just watched the first bit. You will greatly improve your world view if you stop taking these shows and late night news shows so seriously and view it as the silly entertainment it is meant to be.

The first bit? Right... So you think getting gun lobby folk, who think you and your show are for real, to advocate for arming four year olds is just silly entertainment and not an indictment of who they are and what they're prepared to say and do to advance their agenda?

I think you misunderstand politics *and* satire.

They didn't have a real discussion with the gun lobby folk, so you have no idea what his real opinion is. The interviewer was completely over the top and asked leading qeustions. One of my favourite bits was were he said he practice that with his kid and that "she died doing what he loves, may she RIP." It is funny and ridiculous. And probably highly edited.

And parents with guns should teach their children from a young age about gun safety and take them to shoot so that they understand it isn't a toy.


I get the satire. It's funny, but that's all it is dumb entertainment.

Arrest made in racially charged vandalism on Ogden Ave

The police report lists the charges as "ethnic intimidation by reason of race, color, religion or national origin, criminal mischief, and criminal damaging/endangering property to cause/create substantial risk of physical harm."

The police report says Edelen spray painted "N" (word) stay out" "Hail Trump" and a Swastika on her neighbor's home.

Chris lives next door to Edelen and says he's had issues with her in the past. He says he installed surveillance cameras on his home because of her.

Ah there's that Trump mentality :) Not to mention the same spelling ability ;) I just find it so weird that this 'mentally ill' characterisation only gets used for a very specific set of people but never for others..
