I think you're the retarded one. The Republicans said they will not confirm him if the FBI can prove that he lied. Which I have not seen to be the case yet. No matter what and how you interpret his evidence...
Yeah of course you'd prefer not to see his lies as lies, unfortunately he has lied. No he said she said. He lied.

And it's not "the Republicans". It's Flake. The others give zero ****s that he lied, just like you.

Nope you pranced around it again like you always do.

If he's confirmed, does that confirm that FBI didn't find that he lied?
You realize that there are those on the right that want to confirm him even if it turns out he did in fact commit sexual assault?

The FBI doesn't even have to confirm his lies, they're blatantly obvious. Devil's triangle is not a drinking game, boofing is not farting, and 'ralphing' at 'beach week' is not a reference to Indian food, unless you think we're all stupid. The FBI should need to find something much more serious with which to block his nomination, because guess what - the GOP don't care. They all lie.
So the claim is that he had a 3 some? Why is that a problem for non-conservatives.

Edit: Well not even conservatives because they have relaxed a lot on personal freedoms.
Why is this a problem for anyone except the most extreme Bible thumpers?

I guess the idea that the GOP could be misrepresenting their intentions doesn't seem to have crossed your innocent mind.

I guess you also think you've cleverly avoided answering me about the specific instances where he lied, because somehow in your logic if the GOP confirms him it means the FBI didn't find any cases where he lied, which means he didn't lie. The fact that he did lie in ways that are very simple to prove isn't irrelevant.

Yeah, all of them except Flake. Not to mention the actual conservatard voters.

Eighty-three percent of Republicans support Kavanaugh's nomination, according to a recent survey by NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist Poll. More noteworthy, 54 percent of Republicans said that they would support confirming Kavanaugh even if it turned out that the sexual assault accusations against him are true. Only 32 percent of Republican voters disagreed with that sentiment

You were right before, you obviously don't have the time or inclination to discover any of the facts of the confirmation.

It's not a problem. Lying is the problem.
That's a personal question that has nothing to do with his job. Maybe he should have refused to answer it, who knows?

Where's the old guys. Was devil's triangle even a thing without access to Urban dictionary?

Either way it is irrelevant.

This thing where you pretend to be stupid so you can distract from the original point is quite endearing. Wait, no it isn't that's why I blocked you in the first place. You're a sociopath who thinks he's an anarchist.

Yes, conservatards consider lying to be irrelevant when it's a fellow conservatard doing the lying.

See also: debt of the nation/wars/economy etc.
Looks like you are taking the intellectually dishonest conservative side and I'm on the Liberal "what consenting people do in their own bedroom is their businesses" side. How strange.

Yes, it is strange that that's what you got from my post, seeing as how nowhere did I cast any judgement on any sexual shenanigans that Kavanaugh may have indulged in. But as we know, facts don't matter to a conservative.

Even more strange when you got replies telling what the issue was. Hint- it's not the devil's triangle.

Would tend to agree, but if him going on the public record claiming that he was a virgin for the longest time as a way to defend his own character, then his sexual behaviour is in the public realm - it's entirely his own fault.

Remember when the Republicans high five Clinton for getting a blow job then said "small government, bro, what happens in the bedroom, stays in the bedroom"?

Yeah, good times.

Yeah, good times.

Kavanaugh was leading the pack on that.

Twenty years ago, Kavanaugh was an associate counsel for the independent counsel Kenneth Starr, who was investigating the president. Writing on 15 August 1998, two days before Clinton testified to a grand jury from the White House, he posed 10 suggested questions about the affair with Lewinsky, many of them sexually explicit.

Kavanaugh also said Clinton had “lied to his aides”, “lied to the American people” and “disgraced … the office” with a “sustained propaganda campaign that would make Nixon blush”.

He was “strongly opposed to giving the president any ‘break’ in the questioning regarding the details of the Lewinsky relationship”, he wrote, unless Clinton “resigns” or “confesses perjury”.

That's also just one explanation. His explanation could be correct.
I played a drinking game with some family a few months back were you pack cards in a triangle and then drink a shîtload. I can't remember the name or the rules, but I could definitely blame the devil for how I felt afterwards.
