LOL. The biggest capitulation is from Biden, who demanded a "clean break" / no negotiations. Also, why are the far-left whackos (AOC and the Squad) so upset with Biden? :rolleyes:
By the way, as of the time of this post, the legislative text hasn't been released, so I don't know how you can claim there has been a capitulation.

Yeah one tries to keep the topic simplistic and he pretends he has some kind of argument.

Lets ignore for a moment the fact that the information disclosed on the forms used are calculated differently from the companies’ actual tax filings.
Probably not aware that it was mostly due to the bloated bipartisan, unanimously passed, Cares act that allowed companies to use 2020 losses to offset profits from previous years.
Or that companies are allowed to carry losses forward or backward for a number of years meaning any snapshot of the company in a single year of profitability is a distorted view.

Deductions and credits are there for good reason, for example bonus depreciation, intended to encourage investment in areas like renewable energy or similar provisions created to incentivise preferred activity by the policymakers.
However we still have grifters like Warren and Bernie with very little understanding on the topic pretend that it's somehow a bad thing.
Many people fall for their cheap uninformed slogans.

Meanwhile the topic is of such a nature that you can have professors and experts in their field come to opposite conclusions as to what is the best course of action.
 
Well, the wide open world where every countries resources becomes everybody elses(Secret background ideologies) was not so good as predicted, and the "Pandemic" was an excellent example of such an ideology failure playing out in complicated exploitable ways, and health is just one aspect moving between countries where every country's illnesses becomes every body elses, how nice.
