Perhaps try sorting the rating by the various countries. Then you'll see the more typical 6.0 rating. And those ratings are already excluding ratings they deem "problematic".

Quite simply because that was also artificially drummed up purely for ideologically reasons. As was the attempts to gaslight people who disliked it.
Everyone is negatively impacted when reviews are being curated and you can't have a honest discussions about bad entertainment.
