I must really get up to speed with how this system of politics works.

Although I have to say ... This is real politics ... not the shtt we have here in South Africa. Our so-called politcs isn't politics.

Why don't you have a similar attitude towards outlets that are "left"- or "liberal"-leaning? Or did you and Fudzy (yet again lol) try to commit or fall for the genetic fallacy?

Look at the articles at RCP and you will see articles from both sides. And the figure in the OP is an average of the various polls out there (as far as I understand anyway).

My attitude would be the same. Post something that's obviously biased and I will say so. Huffington Post and MSNBC come to mind.

Genetic fallacy?

I would've said the same thing if Obama was soaring in the lead and the source was Huffington Post. Looking at the links Pooky provided proved it. But of course you're welcome to be spoon fed whatever is fed to you.

Agreed though I wish we were as close to 50/50 as the US are.
 
IMHO, the overall situation is not relevant. One needs to only look at the swing states.

Yup, I am seeing all kinds of crazy polling. Ive even seen a poll which puts Obama ahead in Alaska :wtf:

I prefer using polling data that gets its data from multiple sources. So far I have found this to be the most accurate and up to date poll map:
