Try make another toon on a different us server and see what its like

I created a new toon on a bliz recommended server and got 520-690 in the start up zones.
I have some friends keen to play so i am trying to decided if EU would be better for us or US. But over 400 isn't playable to me.

Lowerping and Webafrica Unshaped = stable sub 400ms on Whisperwind US. I sit mostly at about 350-370ms.

More of a casual player, but raiders in guild have reported more stable connections due to lowerping. It didn't work for everybody, but it got most people sorted who tried it.

It is a proxy service that helps bring down latency. It costs about 8 Australian dollar a month. Totally worth it for me.
