Usage Data NOT Updating

I've been checking my usage indicator since Friday, but it seems to be stuck on old info. After doing quite a bit of downloading the weekend (have to use that bandwidth b4 going away for Dec Holiday :) ), the Total Used and Free Data Allocation counters remain the same. I'm using the standard URL for NoWire clients: https://reg.mywireless.sentech.co.za/nowire/htmlui_en/.

Anyone else with this problem?
 
I checked my useage yesterday morning and again now and it has updated, but I am on the classic package so it may be different somehow.

This has happened a couple of times in the last 12 months. It's awesome because whatever you download during that time is basically free!

Ssssssssh! Don't tell Sentech.
 
The incompetence of Sentech is staggering enough to make a mute person scream.

So much so, that they dont even realize when theyre screwing themselves. :D
 
Heard it through the grapevine that there are some times when the counter is off. Thus cash in on downloads when it happens!!! You'll have to pm me for details though. They might discover it and fix it.LOL
