Usage page not working?

A disaster: Not being able to check usage so close to end of month!

I have exactly the same issue. Called Sentech. The guy offered to check my remaining balance, but when he saw that I was a NoWire (NoService) customer, he refused to help and referred me to NoWire. I managed to get my remaining balance out of him eventually and explained the issue to no avail.

I knew it would be a futile effort, but I tried to phone the NoWire cellphone number anyway. As usual, nobody answered and I left a voice message. Needless to say, no one has contacted me yet. I had another issue with checking my balances earlier this week. After logging on and being shown the redirect page, I was thrown back to the login screen. This happened for more than a day.

Off topic: I downloaded the Overlord demo again, but different files were corrupt after unpacking. A waise of 2 x 1.1gig! Anyone else experienced corrupt data when downloading using MyWireless?

I experience corrupted downloads as well even when I use download managers like Getright. I have also not been able to check my balance. Hopefully we get our new data allowance tomorrow!
 
Well guys, apart from wanting to see whether your new data allocation is available I cannot see any reason for wanting to log into the usage page. I doubt if you were able to use any data during the last week since NoWire/Sentech was basically off-line "every day" this week. (What the hell is going on)
As for the usage page, I was able to access it once this week but it is unavailable once again.
 
As for downloads..

For the last month or so I have been unable to use "DownThemAll" which worked like a charm before. Trying to download anything larger than 100meg has been NIGHTMARE. Fortunately Utorrent is still working!!!!
 
I just hope that they have given us the new data allocation for this month...
 
Probably not a coincidence...last month the network went down on the last day of the month...and we all couldn't use our monthly allocated amounts to the max.I actually wouldn't put it past these guys... :D
 
I was able to connect on Saturday but Sunday - Nothing. I too cannot access the usage page. Hopefully I have my allocation today.
 
I've found that the only solution to get into the usage page was to uninstall the ipw software (remove user and pass) and then reinstall. Since the modem is connected to a router via PPPoE I have to reconnect it with the USB cable. Serious annoyance and since I have to do it once a month I will be cancelling tomorrow and going to ADSL

Dodgy modem plus USB cable PLUS PPPoE Cable and possibly my 18dBi flat panel from Poynting with LMR400 cable. +-10metres? Panel and cable was around R1000...
 
Useage page was working fine for me today (Strange cos usually conveniently it goes down at month end). Methinks a swift kick in the pants wont even work with Sentech anymore. Roll on min dae.
