I think there is problems on usage report emails again.
I hardly used my iburst in the past 2 weeks since i been capped.
No normally i wouldnt moan if i actaully did manage to download that much in 3 days while being capped but i sense it might be a bug somewhere cause its impossible to download that much in 3 days at 64k and i know for sure that i havent as i know i hardly been using iburst over the weekend except for mail and facebook.
Shaun or Jannie please investigate before this affects other things as well.

Looks like something is basically doubling up the usage.

Same here. The only difference is that my PC was not even switched on this weekend but yet I used 3gb of data :S

I guess that if you are on PPU....you must be pooping yourself now :D

I've apparently used 37 gigs the last two days (I wish).

Funny that we have never actually seen any PPU people complaining here.

yup likewise... seems i did 27Gb yesterday @ 64kbit/s....

Usage report came through again .
So thats two for today ... Are they making up for the days i got no usage reports ?:D

It's just a glitch on the system.

Nothing to be worried about.

They're working on it.

LOL
Maybe another feature, who knows?

Edit: The second bandwidth usage report has the same values as the first one. Coincidence, I guess not...

Me as well

I've got to admit this is the first time it has happened (or I have spotted it) since I've been with iBurst (way back to the trial period) but that does not stop it being annoying.

I allegedly used 4GB between the 24th of October and the 26th. Of course there was no report for the 25th. This is more than my normal usage for a month.

I have emailed them but thought I should vent my frustration here as well.

Does anyone at iBurst read this or are we all blowing off hot air?

Please mail me directly with your user name and contact detail.

Lets see what I can find.

Thanks

And for what it's worth I have the same problem here. A jump in 17 gigs over 2 days, something I can only wish iBurst was remotely capable of doing.

This morning's usage values are exactly the same as yesterday's.

Just a thought: Are the people working on iBOSS capable of fixing the system which they built? Didn't they test EVERYTHING before implementing it?
Ai, only in SA...

At the company I work for we implemented SAP in 2007. The system was first installed and tested on a test server. Then we had a switch over, but working hand in hand with our old system. Once everything worked smoothly, we ran SAP on its own. All of this was done whilst IT was on high alert mode. If anything went wrong, they would be by your side in 2 minutes, did everything in their power to get it sorted out and once it was working correctly, they moved on to what ever they do. After a few months, the power users took over some of the responsibility to free up IT's hands so that they can get back to surfing the net.

I thought this was common practice :s

We dont surf the net , we research :P

Hi guys.

Please assist by sending me your username and some detail on the bandwidth behaviour you have experienced.

Thanks

I'm pleased to report that iBurst added an amount to my last usage report which covers the incorrect usage reported.

Thanks for the prompt action.
