i receive email usage reports from telskum ever friday morning, the problem is i still receive reports on a old 2gb account i cancelled the acc 2 months ago, i phone them his morning. first i try telkom internet support, they tell me to phone the adsl tech support, tech support puts me through to their buss. adsl helpdesk and they tell me phone telkom internet again. i get through to the telkom internet again and they tell me the system was offline. i phoned about 2 weeks ago and got the same story "systems are offline" from Stella at telkom. does any one know which dept. to call?????
