After looking a bit more carefully it seems that you can only get A/M-A/M cables locally. Dealextreme has many different types though (these are just a few of them - do a search for more) ...

Yep, had the same issue and was unable to source locally (at the time) and ordered from DX - ended up getting the a 90cm and 1.8m USB 3.0 M/F extension cable, as well as a couple of AM to Micro M adapters at the same time...

Took a while to get here, about 3.5 weeks, but worth the wait.
